HOW TO USE MOMO PRODUCTS
While there is no right or wrong way of using our products, here are some of our tips/recommendations!
yuzu ponzu
Pairs well with fatty meats - the yuzu citrus is great at cutting through fat.
Dipping sauce (ex: gyoza)
Salad dressing
Marinade for poke
Add a dash to enhance soups (ex: hot pot, ramen broth) or drizzle over noodles (ex: soba)
YUZU PEPPER (RED)
Pairs well with meat.
Slightly sweeter and spicier than the green version.
Add a small amount to spice up your soups. (ex: pork-based ramen broth)
Mix with mayonnaise or honey (hot honey!) to make a marinade or glaze for meat.
Garnish whatever your heart desires!
YUZU PEPPER (GREEN)
Pairs well with fish.
Recommended use: garnish/condiment/topping.
Slightly more mild in flavor than the red version.
